Antibacterial drugs contribute to the cure of the disease and prevent a recurrence of the disease. It is known that antibacterial drugs reduce soreness in the affected areas and promote wound healing. Such action, for example, has rinses for the oral cavity, which contain chlorhexidine bigluconate. With constant use of the drug during stomatitis thrice a day the disease will go away faster. True, they need to use neatly, since the teeth remain stained and "white" fillings are formed. Such consequences of application disappear as the sick person stops using the drug.

If stomatitis during pregnancy is caused by viruses, then antiviral drugs - oxoline, bonaflone, interferon, tebrofen ointment, will help to cope with it. However, they should be used only after consulting with the attending physician.

If stomatitis has developed as a result of an allergy to anything, then most often antihistamines are prescribed as a treatment. Medications are prescribed depending on the allergen.

If the pain in stomatitis during pregnancy is very strong and almost impossible to withstand, anesthetic drugs are prescribed - benzocaine, trimecaine, ice medicine or Kalanchoe juice. In some ointments and pastes, which are suitable for the treatment of stomatitis, anesthetics are already part of the funds. However, in order to avoid allergies and other unpleasant consequences, before using drugs containing anesthetics, you still need to read the instructions and find out the way and time of treatment.

In order for the ulcers of stomatitis to heal faster, it is necessary to get rid of the bacterial plaque that covers the lesions. To remove such a plaque, means containing hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide are used.

To restore the epithelium damaged by stomatitis, there is a whole group of herbal preparations - sea buckthorn oil or dog rose, carotolin, vinylin and propolis ointment.

In the treatment of stomatitis are also often used and preparations on a plant basis - sage, chamomile, St. John's wort, oak bark, calendula and so on. However, you should always contact your doctor before using if you need to use this plant for treatment.

To strengthen immunity, general restorative medications such as Immunon are also prescribed. Also prescribed are multivitamins, which saturate the body with vitamins C and B.

Rinsing the mouth significantly reduces the course of the disease. For example, a solution of 1 teaspoon of soda and a glass of boiled water or a half cup of boiled chilled water and a teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide helps to decontaminate the mouth cavity.

You can also rinse your mouth with aloe or Kalanchoe juice or freshly squeezed juice from raw carrots in the proportion of 1: 1, applying after rinsing to the wounded gruel from raw potatoes.
