Indications Solution of hemopreservative CPG hemopreservative

It is used to preserve blood taken from a donor.

Release form

The product is sold in the form of a hemopreserved solution, 63 ml of the CFH substance inside special containers for transporting blood, as well as its elements (container capacity - 0.5 l). The containers are placed in secondary packaging bags.

Pharmacodynamics

The substance CFG promotes the development of anticoagulant action by synthesizing calcium cations using citrate anions. Glucose, which is also contained in the composition of the drug, helps to nourish blood cells, and phosphate helps the functioning of the blood buffer system.

The hemopreservative CFG drug is injected into the blood based on the calculation of 1:7.

Dosing and administration

Blood must be prepared in accordance with the rules specified in the special instructions for the preparation of preserved blood taken from donors. Such blood (containing CFG) can be stored for 3 weeks.

Before using the substance, it is necessary to check the packaging for integrity and the container for leaks.

Overdose

The main symptom of CFG poisoning during blood transfusion is the development of paresthesia in the patient. In this case, it is necessary to reduce the transfusion rate or stop the entire procedure.

Storage conditions

The solution of the hemopreservative CFG must be kept in a dark place, out of the reach of small children. Freezing of the substance is allowed during transportation. Temperature values are within 0-25°C.

Shelf life

The solution of the hemopreservative CFG can be used within 24 months from the date of release of the medicinal product.
