Physiotherapy for trophic ulcers, long-term non-healing wounds

For the treatment of trophic ulcers, long-term healing wounds, physiotherapy methods - laser (magnetolaser) therapy, as well as exposure to low-frequency alternating magnetic field are most convenient and effective.
The laser (magnetolaser) action is performed by means of devices generating red (wavelength 0.63 μm) or near infrared (wavelength 0.8 - 0.9 μm) part of the optical spectrum, in a continuous or pulsed mode of generation of this radiation. With laser therapy of this pathology, preference is given to devices with matrix radiators.
Before the procedure, the affected surface is cleaned of the wet detachable. Irradiated, as a rule, an open affected area. Preferably, exposure to red spectrum radiation, but in the presence of crusts on the wound surface, it is advisable to use infrared radiation. When using pulsed infrared laser emitters, it is permissible to apply 2 to 3 layers of gauze or bandage.
The exposure technique is distant (the gap between the radiator and the body surface is 0.5 cm), stable (successive gradual irradiation in the corresponding fields - laser or magnetolaser therapy) or labile (scanning with a beam with a speed of 1 cm / s - laser therapy only). Through a bandage or gauze bandage, the effect is carried out only by contact method.
Impact fields. The entire affected skin surface is irradiated in the fields with the capture of healthy tissues within 1 - 1.5 cm, moving from the periphery to the center of the pathological region.
APM NLI 5 - 10 mW / cm 2. Induction of the magnetic nozzle (magnetolaser therapy - only in a stable manner) 20-40 mT.
Effective treatment of trophic ulcers with the help of devices operating in the continuous mode of NLI generation. However, with the possibility of frequency modulation of the NLI, the optimum frequency is 10 Hz.
Time of action on the field up to 5 min. The course of treatment 10 - 15 procedures daily 1 time per day in the morning.
It is recommended to carry out magnetic therapy with the help of the "Polyus-2D" apparatus. The technique of exposure is contact, stable, through dressings applied to the affected surface.
Influence on the entire affected skin surface consistently fields with the capture of healthy tissues within 1 - 1.5 cm, moving from the periphery to the center of the pathological area.
Time of action on the field 10 min. The course of treatment up to 15 procedures daily 1 time per day in the morning.
It is possible to consistently perform procedures on the same day at home with trophic ulcers and long-term healing wounds (the interval between procedures is 2 to 4 hours):
