For the treatment of external otitis media and catarrhal form of otitis media at home, the optimal method of physiotherapy is laser (magnetolaser) therapy using devices that generate radiation from the near infrared part of the optical spectrum (wavelength 0.8 - 0.9 μm), in continuous or pulsed mode generation of this radiation.

Physiotherapy with otitis contact, stable. Influence one or two (with a two-sided process) fields on the tragus of the auricle.

MRP OR 5 - 50 mW / cm2. Induction of the magnetic nozzle 20 - 40 mT.

Frequency of modulation of radiation: the first 1 - 3 procedures are performed at a frequency of 80 Hz, all subsequent procedures - at a frequency of 10 Hz.

The time of exposure to one field is 5 minutes, the duration of the course of treatment is 5-7 procedures daily once a day in the morning hours (the first two days it is possible to conduct the procedures 2 times a day at intervals of 4-6 hours).
