For the treatment of external otitis media and catarrhal form of otitis media at home, the optimal method of physiotherapy is laser (magnetolaser) therapy using devices that generate radiation from the near infrared part of the optical spectrum (wavelength 0.8 - 0.9 μm), in continuous or pulsed mode generation of this radiation.
