Chronic gastritis is a disease of the stomach, in which in its mucosa there are violations of renewal (regeneration) and degeneration of epithelial cells with a finite outcome in atrophy, which is accompanied by a violation of the secretory, motor and other functions of the stomach.

Physiotherapy with chronic gastritis is due to the possibility of arresting the pain syndrome, a targeted effect on the secretory and motor functions of the stomach, as well as stimulating the regeneration of the gastric mucosa.

With prolonged and severe pain syndrome and dyspeptic disorders accompanied by disability, treatment of patients with chronic gastritis is performed under stationary conditions. The following methods (factors) of physiotherapy are used in the complex of therapeutic measures carried out in a hospital (hospital):

  • galvanization and drug electrophoresis;
  • ultrasound therapy (with gastritis with preserved and increased secretion);
  • exposure to diadynamic currents;
  • influence sinusoidal-modulated currents (with gastritis with increased secretion);
  • DMV-therapy (with gastritis with increased secretion);
  • inductothermia (with gastritis with decreased secretion);
  • laser (magnetolaser) therapy;
  • balneotherapy (various baths, ingestion of mineral waters).

Treatment of patients with chronic gastritis with less severe symptoms of the disease in the vast majority of cases are performed in outpatient settings or at home. At the same time the list of methods of physiotherapy is decreasing. Consequently, the general practitioner (family doctor) should apply the possible, but the most effective in this pathology methods of physiotherapy. These include drug electrophoresis with the aid of the Elfor-I apparatus (Alfor ™), laser (magnetolaser) therapy, and complex information-wave action with the Azor-IC apparatus. The procedures for carrying out the procedures for these methods are similar to those for functional disorders of the stomach.

It is possible to consistently perform procedures in one day with chronic gastritis in outpatient and outpatient settings and at home:

  • electrophoresis of medicines in epigastric! Areas + information-wave action on the frontal lobes of the brain 2 times a day (in the morning - 21 Hz, in the evening - 2 Hz) with the help of the apparatus "Azor-IC";
  • laser (magnetolaser) therapy + information-wave action on the frontal lobes of the brain 2 times a day (in the morning - 21 Hz, in the evening - 2 Hz) with the help of the Azor-IC apparatus.
