When treating local bruises and various (primarily post-injection) soft tissue infiltrates at home, physiotherapy uses such effective methods as laser (magnetic laser) therapy, magnetic therapy, and information-wave exposure methods.

Physiotherapy for contusions involves laser (magnetolaser) therapy, which is carried out using devices that generate radiation of the red (wavelength 0.63 μm) or near infrared (wavelength 0.8 - 0.9 μm) part of the optical spectrum, in continuous or pulsed mode of generating this radiation.

Irradiation is carried out on the skin along the fields of the corresponding affected area, with healthy tissue captured by the laser beam within 1 cm. The exposure method is contact and stable.

PPM NLI 5 - 10 mW/cm2 . Magnetic nozzle induction - 20 - 40 mT. If frequency modulation of NLI is possible, the first 3 procedures are carried out at a frequency of 80 Hz, all subsequent ones - at a frequency of 10 Hz. The exposure time on the field is up to 5 minutes. Immediately after the injury, irradiation is possible 2 times a day with an interval of 4 - 6 hours. The course of treatment is 1 3 - 7 procedures daily 1 time per day in the morning.

It is advisable to carry out magnetic therapy using the device "Pole-2D". The method of action is contact, stable. They act on the corresponding fields. The time of action on the field is up to 20 minutes. Immediately after the injury, it is possible to carry out the action 2 times a day with an interval of 4-6 hours. The course of treatment is 5-7 procedures daily 1 time per day in the morning.

Information-wave impact is carried out using the device "Azor-IK". Irradiation is cutaneous along the corresponding fields. The impact method is contact, stable.

The first 3 procedures are carried out at a frequency of 80 Hz, all subsequent ones - at a frequency of 10 Hz. The time of exposure to the field is up to 20 minutes. Immediately after the injury, irradiation is possible 2 times a day with an interval of 4-6 hours. The course of treatment is 5-7 procedures daily 1 time per day in the morning.
