Pactalik belongs to the pharmacological group of cytostatic taxanes, widely used in oncology.
Synonyms of this antitumor drug are such drugs as Paclitaxel Actavis, Taxol, Paclitaxel, Paclitaxel Ebeve, Paclitax, Paxen, Paclinor, Paclitaxel-Teva, Paclitera, Docetaxel, Abitaxel, Intaxel, etc.
The drug Pactalik is produced by the company Pharmstandard-Biolek (Ukraine).
Like all drugs synonymous with the taxane group, the therapeutic effect of Pactalik is due to the active substance - paclitaxel, obtained from alkaloids of plant origin. Therefore, the indications for the use of Pactalik, the release form, as well as the pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of Pactalik are identical to drugs with other commercial names - see Paclitaxel Actavis.
All other characteristics are also completely identical, including contraindications for the use of Pactalik, side effects of Pactalik, use during pregnancy, method of administration, dosage, etc.
