Pharmacodynamics

The medicine is a combination drug, has antibacterial (active against many gram-negative and gram-positive microbes, rickettsia with brucellae, spirochetes with chlamydia, and in addition to this, bacteria that cause the production of pus), anesthetic and anti-inflammatory properties. In addition, it reduces exudation, helps restore tissue and promotes accelerated wound epithelialization.

Dosing and administration

Before use, shake the aerosol can 10-15 times, then remove the cap and put on a special spray nozzle. When performing the procedure, slowly press on this nozzle. Before and after the procedure, rinse the nozzle using boiled water.

In case of external application.

It is necessary to try to clean the wound surface as much as possible from accumulated pus and dead tissue, and then evenly cover this area with foam (a layer of about 1-1.5 cm). This should be done daily or every other day. To eliminate burns and wounds in adults, use the aerosol 1-4 times a day, and in children - 1-2 times a day (the number of procedures depends on the type of inflammatory process and the stage of restoration of the affected tissues).

Applying medication internally.

During the treatment of gynecological pathologies (cervical erosion, gardnerellosis), before the procedure, it is necessary to clean the vagina from mucus (douche using a disinfectant solution - chamomile or furacilin solution (1 to 5000) or solutions of soda (2%) and chlorhexidine (0.02%)). Then it is necessary to insert the nozzle into the vagina (approximately 1.5-2 cm) and press on it until it stops, then immediately stop pressing. This procedure is recommended to be performed twice a day. The therapeutic course lasts 8-30 days.

When eliminating proctitis, a cleansing enema is first performed (calendula or chamomile decoction is used). Then a nozzle is inserted into the anus (2-4 cm), pressing is performed until it stops and then stopping the pressure. This procedure should be performed once a day. The entire course usually lasts about 2-3 weeks.
