Indications of the mammoleptin
Indicated in treatment:
- mastodynia;
- diffuse mastopathy, which has a fibro-cystic origin.

Pharmacodynamics
The medicine consists of a complex of several powders that have a vegetable, as well as an animal nature. These substances are selected in such a way as to strengthen, as well as complement the properties of each other.
The drug has an anti-inflammatory effect, removes swelling of tissues and promotes anesthesia. In the case of use in course treatment, the drug removes pain or significantly reduces the intensity of pain. The use of a complex agent helps to prevent the development of pathological processes within the tissue structures associated with diffuse mastopathy of fibrocystic origin. The medicine can have a stabilizing effect on the female hormonal background.
Mammoleptin has antipyretic properties, and also stabilizes the hepatic function. In addition, the capsules have a tonic effect. Powders can have antibacterial effects.
Dosing and administration
The standard dose is three times a day using 5 capsules of medication per day. But at the initial stage it is recommended to take 6 capsules per day, gradually increasing the dosage (+1 capsule every 5 days). Use medication after eating (on average, this should be done after 45 minutes).
The optimal duration of the treatment course is 2 months. The maximum period is 3 months. A longer course or repeat therapy should be agreed with the treating doctor. For 1 year you can not spend more than 2 treatment courses.
Use of the mammoleptin during pregnancy
You can not prescribe Mammoleptin during pregnancy.
Contraindications
The medicine is contraindicated:
- with increased blood pressure;
- during lactation;
- with increased excitability of CNS organs;
- in the presence of malignant tumoral formations;
- in case the patient suffers from insomnia;
- with intolerance of any of the elements of the drug, as well as the excipients of the capsules;
- with severe atherosclerosis;
- with problems with cardiac function;
- in children under the age of 18 years.
Side effects of the mammoleptin
The use of capsules can lead to the development of such side effects:
- systemic manifestations of hypersensitivity;
- the appearance of heartburn, and in addition eructations;
- manifestations of intolerance, which are accompanied by skin reactions;
- discomfort in the epigastric region, which is accompanied by pressing pain;
- dryness of oral mucosa.

Overdose
Due to the excess of the required doses, an increased risk of side effects and an increase in their intensity is possible.
Interactions with other drugs
There were no significant drug interactions with other drugs. In theory, sorbents can weaken the absorption of substances contained in Mammoleptin. Powerful laxative drugs can affect the digestibility of the elements of the capsules. Strengthening the effectiveness of the drug in the case of combination with vitamins, as well as antioxidants and trace elements has been proved by studies.
It is forbidden to combine with homeopathic medicines, as well as Chinese medicine.
Shelf life
Mammoleptin is allowed to be used in the period of 3 years from the date of release of the drug.
