Pharmacodynamics
The medicine is a biostimulant that has a general tonic and adaptogenic effect. [ 5 ], [ 6 ] It helps improve cell metabolism, tissue regeneration and trophism. It enhances general non-specific immunity and mucous resistance to the effects of damaging microorganisms, and in addition, it accelerates healing processes. It increases appetite and stimulates the immune system. It increases energy reserves in spermatozoa and also increases their mobility.
Use Aloe extract during pregnancy
The drug cannot be prescribed to pregnant women, because the mechanism of action of this drug (as a biostimulant) has not been sufficiently studied at this stage.
Contraindications
Among the contraindications:
- drug intolerance;
- severe forms of cardiovascular pathologies, high blood pressure;
- acute forms of gastrointestinal disorders (including diarrhea), problems with intestinal patency;
- appendicitis, ulcerative colitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin;
- transmural ileitis, hemorrhoids;
- kidney or liver dysfunction;
- complicated types of nephrosonephritis;
- diffuse form of glomerulonephritis;
- cystitis, uterine bleeding;
- coughing up blood;
- cholelithiasis.

Side effects Aloe extract
The use of drugs can cause the following side effects:
- digestive system organs: dyspeptic symptoms, abdominal pain, sore throat;
- cardiovascular system: increased blood pressure;
- immune system organs: allergies, which include rashes, itching and urticaria with hyperemia;
- other: dizziness, increased bleeding during menstruation, sensation of blood rushing to the organs located in the pelvis, hyperthermia, burning sensation, changes at the site of drug administration.
