Lespenefril has an antiazotemic and diuretic effect on the body.
The drug potentiates diuresis processes, as well as the excretion of sodium salts from the body (it also removes potassium salts, but in smaller quantities). At the same time, it reduces azotemia in case of renal failure.

Indications Lespenefryl
In the form of a tincture, it is used in cases of increased blood nitrogen levels, nephropathy, which is accompanied by the above-mentioned disorder, as well as in cases of renal insufficiency, which is chronic or active.
In the form of injections, it is prescribed in connection with renal insufficiency accompanied by hyperazotemia, exacerbation of nephritis, hyperazotemia of an extrarenal nature, as well as in case of complications of a hyperazotemic nature and for the prevention of complications during nephritis.
Release form
The drug is released in the form of an oral tincture - inside a bottle with a capacity of 120 ml.
In addition, it is produced in the form of powder for injections - inside ampoules with a volume of 0.006 g. There are 50 such ampoules in a pack.
Dosing and administration
In case of taking the drug orally, the size of the prescribed portion is 0.5-1 ml/kg, taking into account the CC indicators. The size of the effective daily portion is 2-3 teaspoons, and the average is about 2 teaspoons. In case of long-term therapy, the maintenance dosage per day is approximately 1 teaspoon (taken monthly for 14 days).
For parenteral injections, 1 mg/kg of undiluted injection fluid is used. It is recommended to administer via perfusion or intravenously. On average, 4 vials of the drug are used per day; the maximum daily dose is 10 vials.

Contraindications
Contraindicated for use in case of personal hypersensitivity to the drug.
Side effects Lespenefryl
The drug may cause symptoms of intolerance, and in addition (rarely) weakness, headaches, tachycardia and dizziness.
Overdose
In case of poisoning with the drug, symptoms usually arise associated with ethyl alcohol, which is present in Lespenefril.
Interactions with other drugs
The medication cannot be combined with substances that inhibit the activity of the nervous system, with insulin, antidiabetic drugs taken orally, disulfiram and other similar drugs.

Storage conditions
Lespenefril should be stored in a place inaccessible to small children. Temperature marks - no more than 25°C.
Shelf life
Lespenefril is approved for use for a 5-year period from the date of sale of the medicinal product.
Application for children
Lespenefril is not prescribed to people under 14 years of age.
