Indications marsh marsh mulberry shoots
Indications for the use of marsh wild rosemary shoots are as follows:
- Respiratory diseases – as an expectorant for bronchitis, tracheitis, pneumonia, whooping cough.
- Treatment of flu, acute respiratory viral infections, and runny nose.
- Rheumatic diseases.
- Treatment of pediculosis.
Release form
It is produced in the form of a dry herbal collection with a sharp, specific smell reminiscent of camphor.
Pharmacodynamics
The action is expectorant, antimicrobial and stimulating the central nervous system. Increases bronchial secretion. Essential oils contained in wild rosemary have an antiseptic effect.
Pharmacokinetics
Of the many chemicals that make up the Marsh Ledum shoots, it is worth noting the poisonous ledum-camphor and ledum-tannic acid. Since the plant is poisonous, you cannot consume more than 1 tablespoon of the decoction at a time. The leaves contain arbutin and tannins.

Dosing and administration
Decoctions: 2 teaspoons of the herb per glass of water. Take 1 tablespoon three times a day.
Antirheumatic ointment: 150 g of wild rosemary per 500 g of pork fat.
Bog rosemary oil is used to treat burns.
Wild rosemary tea - 25 g per liter of boiling water is used 4 times a day for colds and bronchial asthma. In folk medicine, it is believed that long-term use of such tea can cure asthma, but doctors insist that such treatment should not be prescribed to oneself. Wild rosemary has already been used in official medicine.
In Western Ukraine, smoke from burning grass was used as a sleeping pill. In Yakutia, a decoction of wild rosemary shoots is used for diathesis and to treat tuberculous lymphadenitis. Bulgarian folk medicine uses a hot infusion for arthritis.
Take sunflower oil and crushed shoots of the plant in equal parts and boil for 5 minutes. Use the oil as an anti-inflammatory. Take it internally or use for rubbing.
Use marsh marsh mulberry shoots during pregnancy
The use of Marsh Ledum shoots during pregnancy is not allowed.
Contraindications

- Childhood.

Overdose

Storage conditions

Marsh wild rosemary shoots are a medicinal shrub that grows in marshy areas and coniferous forests. 1 m is the usual height of marsh wild rosemary. The leaves are leathery. In winter, wild rosemary does not shed its leaves. The flowers of the plant are white, collected in an umbrella-shaped inflorescence. The fruit is a five-celled capsule, when opened, it throws out small seeds.
Young shoots up to 10 cm are suitable for medicinal purposes. Ledum is dried in the shade for 10-14 days. When drying, be careful, use protective masks and gloves and wash your hands with soap. The humidity of the finished raw material is 14%.
