Indications Kanderma-bg.

It is used to eliminate pathologies affecting the skin, such as dermatoses and dermatomycosis (for example, trichophytosis, candidiasis, epidermophytosis, microspores and versicolor lichen).

Release form

The medicine is released in the form of a cream, in tubes of 5 or 10 g. Inside the box there is 1 tube of cream.

Pharmacodynamics

The combined medicine for external treatment has a wide range of therapeutic activity: it has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antimycotic properties. The latter effect is provided by the action of the element clotrimazole - it destroys the structure of the cell walls of fungi, resulting in cell lysis.

Clotrimazole has an antimicrobial effect on the activity of gram-positive and some gram-negative microbes, and in addition, an antitrichomonal and antiprotozoal effect.

Gentamicin sulfate has an antibacterial effect against gram-positive and many gram-negative microorganisms.

Beclomethasone dipropionate is a synthetic corticosteroid with local anti-inflammatory properties.

Pharmacokinetics

After external application of the cream, only a small portion of the drug penetrates into the circulatory system. The highest concentration of the drug is found inside the epidermis. A smaller amount of the drug is found inside the subcutaneous layer and dermis.

Dosing and administration

The cream is used for external treatment of the skin. It is applied to the affected areas in a thin layer and gently rubbed into the skin. The procedure is carried out twice a day.

The duration of the course of therapy is selected individually, taking into account the severity of the pathology and the location of the skin lesions.

When eliminating fungal lesions, it is recommended to use the drug for another 14 days after the symptoms of the disease disappear.
