Indications of the ingarona

It is used for injection as an injection in such disorders:

• preventing the development of complications of infectious origin in people with granulomatous disease;
• elimination of hepatitis types C, and also B (chronic form), and in addition HIV and pulmonary tuberculosis (combination therapy);
• therapy with oncological pathologies (as an immunomodulator in combination therapy);
• elimination of prostatitis, which has a chronic form (combination therapy);

• treatment for herpes, having a girdle or genital form (monotherapy);
• elimination of warts in the anogenital area, as well as prevention of relapse.

• leprosy;
• an infection having a mycobacterial nature in people with a negative HIV test in the absence of a result of the use of conservative therapy;
• psoriasis;

Release form

The release takes place in the form of a lyophilizate for the preparation of a solution, in flasks with a capacity of 100,000, 200,000, and 500,000 IU of interferon-γ.

Pharmacodynamics

The recombinant form of human interferon-γ includes 144 amino acid elements. The molecular weight index is 16.8 kDa. The substance is obtained by microbial biosynthesis, carried out inside the Escherichia coli strain, and then purified using column chromatography.

T-interferon is an important pro-inflammatory type cytokine produced by t-killers, CD4 Th1, and CD8 suppressor cells. Monocytes, t-killers, and in addition neutrophils and cytotoxic T-lymphocytes have receptors for γ-interferon, and it, in turn, promotes the activation of cytokine production, as well as individual types of radicals within these cells, which eventually causes death viruses.

The drug activates the binding of proteins that appear in the acute form of inflammation, and also stimulates the process of gene expression within the complementary system. Together with this Ingaron blocks the process of replication of viruses in the RNA region with DNA, the biological binding of virus proteins, and in addition to assembling the viral elements. In addition, it inhibits the production of β-TGF, which is responsible for the development of pulmonary and hepatic fibrosis.

Dosing and administration

The drug is injected n / k or in the / m way. The lyophilizate must be dissolved in water (2 ml). Selection of portions is made individually.

In the treatment of hepatitis type B or C, and in addition to tuberculosis or HIV infection, an adult is administered, on average, 500 00 ME of the drug per day. The procedure is performed daily or every other day. The treatment cycle continues for 1-3 months. With an interval of 2 months allowed to conduct a second course.

To prevent the development of complications of an infectious nature in people with granulomatous disease, it is necessary to apply a portion, on average, of 500,000 ME. In the treatment of oncological pathologies, the daily dose is 500 000 ME. In this case, the substance should be administered daily or at intervals of 1 day. Certain oncological diseases are treated using a combination of Inharone and Refnot - drugs, which together have a cytotoxic effect, which potentiates the activity of recombinant γ-interferon 100-1000 times.

When eliminating the infectious process of herpesvirus origin developing in the genital area, surrounding the form of lichen or chlamydiosis of the urogenital nature, daily dosages equal to 500,000 IU are used. The substance is administered daily or at an interval of 1 day. The treatment cycle for such diseases consists of 5 injections.

In the treatment of prostatitis, which has a chronic form, the daily dose is 100 000 ME. The medication is administered daily or with interruptions of 1 day. The therapeutic cycle consists of 10 injections.

During the treatment of warts located in the anogenital area, the daily injection size is 100 000 ME. In this case, the drug should be administered every day or every other day (if the procedures are performed after cryodestruction, it is necessary to withstand a one-day interval). The treatment cycle includes 5 injection procedures.

Use of the ingarona during pregnancy

It is forbidden to prescribe Ingaron to pregnant and lactating women.

Contraindications

The main contraindications:

• the presence of hypersensitivity against γ-interferon or other elements of the drug;
• multiple sclerosis;
• disorders of an autoimmune nature;
• diabetes.

Side effects of the ingarona

The use of medication can cause the appearance of local side symptoms: hyperemia and pain at the site of drug administration.

Overdose

When large portions (above 1 million ME) of LS are used, the patient experiences headaches, arthralgia, a feeling of weakness and an increase in temperature.

To eliminate these symptoms, you should use paracetamol.

Storage conditions

Ingarone should be kept out of the reach of children, dry and dark. Temperature indices are within 2-10 ° С. Do not freeze the drug.
