Indications Gaymorin
The use of Gaimorin is indicated for the treatment of acute, subacute and chronic inflammation of the paranasal sinuses - catarrhal and purulent sinusitis and all its varieties: maxillary sinusitis, frontal sinusitis, ethmoiditis, sphenoiditis.
Due to its anti-inflammatory effect on the foci of infection, Gaimorin relieves swelling and inflammation of the mucous membrane, reduces or completely blocks the process of transudate formation, preventing relapses of the inflammatory process and the spread of infection to the throat and respiratory tract.

Pharmacodynamics
The mechanism of the complex therapeutic effect of Gaimorin on the mucous membranes of the nose and sinuses is based on the complementary properties of the substances that make up the drug: tincture of western thuja (Thuja occidentalis), silicic acid (Silicea), potassium dichromate (Kalium bichromicum) and tincture of cuttlefish.
Western thuja shoots contain essential oil, one of the components of which, hinokitiol, has phytoncidal properties and has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects.
Silicic acid (due to the ability of silicon to create electrically charged colloidal compounds) ensures the adsorption of pathogenic microorganisms, which leads to the cessation of the inflammatory process in the mucous membranes of the paranasal sinuses. In addition, replenishment of silicon content in the body has a beneficial effect on immunity.
Potassium dichromate (potassium dichromate) is a poison, but in homeopathic microdoses this substance stimulates the healing of mucous membranes in purulent forms of sinusitis, helping to free the nasal sinuses from purulent contents. And cuttlefish tincture is similar in its action to antibiotics.
