Release form

Released in tablets, 10 pieces inside a blister pack. In a separate pack - 3 blister plates with tablets.

Pharmacodynamics

Hexalysis is a combination product with a long-term local effect. It has analgesic, anti-inflammatory, cleansing, and disinfecting properties. All of them are due to the presence of 3 active components in the drug.

Biclotymol has a bactericidal effect on some microbes - streptococci with staphylococci, as well as corynebacteria. It is able to coagulate proteins inside the cells of microbes. Biclotymol with enoxolone also have an analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect.

Lysozyme is a natural polymucosaccharide with antibacterial action against gram-positive microbes, as well as antiviral activity. In addition, the substance potentiates local cellular and humoral immunity. By slowing down the activity of histamine, lysozyme becomes a participant in the anti-inflammatory response, and at the same time helps to speed up the process of removing metabolites from damaged tissues.

Pharmacokinetics

Hexaliz is absorbed through the mucous membranes. This process is quite slow, due to which the medicine is present in the mouth for a long time.

Dosing and administration

The tablet should be sucked, not chewed, and held in the mouth until completely dissolved.

The dosage of the medicine for children over 6 years of age and adults is 6-8 tablets per day.
