Indications Gelomirtola forte
It is used for the treatment of sinusitis or bronchitis, which have an acute or chronic stage of development.
Release form
The release is made in the form of capsules that dissolve inside the intestine. 1 box of the drug contains 10 such capsules.
Pharmacodynamics
The medicine facilitates expectoration processes and reduces the viscosity of secreted sputum, and at the same time has fungicidal and antimicrobial properties. The drug also has a deodorizing effect and protects against the effects of free radicals (antioxidant therapeutic effect).
Improves the function of the ciliated epithelium by changing pH values, and at the same time reduces the viscosity of the contents secreted by the bronchi by improving the functional properties of the mucociliary system.
Dosing and administration
The capsules are taken orally, 0.5 hours before meals. The portion dose is 0.3 g, and it should be taken up to 4 times a day (if the disease is acute) or twice a day (if the pathology is chronic). In the chronic stage of bronchitis, it is necessary to take 1 capsule in the evening - so that the morning discharge of sputum is easier.
