Gastricumel is intended for temporary relief of symptoms of gastrointestinal disorders: indigestion, heartburn, belching, nausea, intestinal cramps and flatulence, and side effects of excessive alcohol consumption

Pharmacodynamics

The mechanism of action of Gastriculum in the official instruction is not explained; only its composition is given: Argentum nitricum (silver nitrate), Arsenicum album (white arsenic), Pulsatilla pratensis (exfoliation of meadow paste), Nux vomica, Carbo veg., Antimonium crudum.

Dosing and administration

Gastricumel tablets should be placed under the tongue and kept until completely dissolved - one tablet three times a day; with severe heartburn, bloating or nausea - one tablet four times for an hour (no longer than two hours in a row).

The maximum allowable daily dose is 12 tablets.

Gastricumel's homeopathic remedy during pregnancy is not applied.

Contraindications

Gastricumel is contraindicated in cases of hypersensitivity to substances that are part of this drug, chronic inflammatory pathologies of the gastrointestinal tract, children under 12 years.
