There is an opinion that it is impossible to eat tasty food with this disease. In fact, this is not true. Recipes for dishes with gout are characterized by their diversity, taste characteristics and usefulness.

  • Vegetarian borscht. To prepare the first course, you need to take 160 grams of beets and potatoes, 60 grams of carrots, 140 grams of cabbage, 40 grams of onions. In addition, use 100 grams of fresh tomatoes, 25 grams of greens and 40 grams of sour cream. Cooking process: you need to boil the beets separately and grate them. Then put all the vegetables in a container, including the beets. All the ingredients are poured with water and the borscht is cooked until done. Before serving, it can be decorated with sour cream and parsley.
  • Potato soup. To prepare it, you need: potatoes, egg, flour, 25 grams of sour cream, greens and water. First, peel the potatoes, then place them in a separate container. In parallel with this process, prepare the sauce in the oven. To do this, take flour and dilute it in 40 grams of potato broth. Then mix all the ingredients together: sauce, potatoes and broth. Lunch: well-boiled potatoes, stewed cabbage and compote. Snack: kefir and a sandwich with cheese. In the evening, oatmeal, tea with gingerbread.
  3. Day 3. Breakfast: buckwheat porridge with milk and tea. Afternoon snack: beetroot salad. Lunch: vegetable soup with pearl barley, lean meat, cabbage salad. Snack: marshmallows and compote. Dinner: yogurt with avocado.
  4. Day 4. For breakfast: cottage cheese pancakes with jam and weak tea. Afternoon snack: rusks with kefir. Lunch: stuffed peppers (there should be vegetables instead of meat), eggplant caviar and jelly. Snack: cheese sandwich and fruit compote. For dinner: oatmeal with tea.
  5. Day 5. For breakfast, preference should be given to two tomatoes, cottage cheese and kefir. Afternoon snack: fruit salad dressed with yogurt. For lunch: rice porridge with beef, vegetable salad of tomatoes and cucumbers. Snack: vegetables with bread. Dinner: tomato, boiled egg and compote with cookies.
  6. Day 6. For breakfast: vermicelli with gravy, chicory as a drink. Afternoon snack: fruit and jelly. Lunch: zucchini stewed with pepper, mashed potatoes and jelly. Snack: vegetables. Dinner: baked apples with cottage cheese and tea.
  7. Day 7. Breakfast: cottage cheese and tea. Afternoon snack: low-fat kefir with gingerbread. Lunch: cream soup with vegetables and rice, chicken meatballs, vegetable salad. Snack: berries with yogurt. Dinner: stewed vegetables and jelly.

The diet for gout requires one fasting day per week. During an exacerbation, any meat and fish products are excluded. Preference is given to fermented milk products, fruit decoctions and vegetable soups. It is necessary to drink at least 2 liters of water daily.

Soup recipes for gout

  • Potato-based soup. This is more of a puree than a traditional first course. To prepare it, you need to buy: potatoes, flour, butter and an egg. First, boil the main ingredient. When the potatoes are ready, rub them through a sieve. Do not pour out the vegetable broth, it will serve as a good base for the sauce. Mix the broth with flour and bring to a boil. All the ingredients are put into one container and boiled again. The resulting puree soup is served with greens. It is not only beautiful, but also delicious.
  • Tomato soup. To prepare the first course, you need to boil the tomatoes, without peeling them. Then remove the skin, and boil the tomatoes again until they are pureed. While the tomatoes are cooking, you need to fry them at the same time. It is standard: onions, carrots and vegetable oil. When everything is ready, the ingredients are mixed together and stewed again. Meanwhile, peeled potatoes are lowered into the pan, when they are almost ready, the previously prepared frying is added to them. All this is brought to a boil. Naturally, salt and herbs are added to the soup. For a richer taste, you need to use paprika and other spices, but with gout, you should limit yourself to this.
  • Oatmeal soup with milk. To prepare, take 40 grams of oatmeal, 350 grams of water and a little butter. To make the soup sweeter, use 3 grams of sugar. Cooking process: sort out the oatmeal, rinse and boil until done. The broth obtained during cooking must be passed through a sieve. The cereal should be rubbed and mixed with purified water. Hot milk is added here. The soup is brought to a boil and removed from the heat. The egg is mixed with hot milk, these ingredients are used as a dressing. When serving the dish, add sugar and a little butter.
  • Milk soup with vermicelli. To prepare, take 250 grams of vermicelli and 1.5 liters of milk. Additional ingredients are 600 grams of water, a spoon of butter, sugar and salt. This is confirmed by delicious and healthy recipes for every day, which can be safely used for gout.

  • Stewed zucchini. To prepare this dish, you need to take a kilogram of the main ingredient. Naturally, to give the zucchini some flavor, you will have to take carrots and onions, 500 grams of each ingredient is enough. So, in a separate frying pan, the so-called frying is done. Carrots and onions are cut into cubes and stewed. To give the dish a special piquant taste, you can add a couple of spoons of thick tomato paste. All this is boiled. In the meantime, the zucchini is prepared. They must be cut into cubes and placed with other vegetables. Everything is stewed again. It can be served either unchanged or chopped. To do this, the resulting stew must be placed in a blender.
  • Fried cauliflower. To prepare, you need to take cauliflower, a couple of eggs, some sour cream and salt. The main ingredient should be divided into pieces. The cabbage will be fried in a tasty and simple batter. To prepare it, take a couple of eggs and a little sour cream. Mix everything together. Dip the cabbage pieces into the resulting batter. Fry them on both sides until golden brown. To make the dish soft and juicy, pre-boil the cabbage in salted water for 3-5 minutes.
  • An unusual vegetable stew. To prepare it, you need: onions, carrots, potatoes, a can of green peas and sour cream. First, stew the onions and carrots, pre-chopping them.   • Delicious and filling potato pancakes. To prepare the dish, you need to buy 10 potatoes, 3 eggs, a couple of cloves of garlic and some vegetable oil for frying. Freshly grated root in the amount of 10-20 grams is poured with a glass of boiling water. To improve the taste, add a little lemon. In addition to these ingredients, you can use mint and other herbs. Ginger invigorates in the morning, even better than a cup of hot coffee.
  • Carrot and radish salad. To prepare, take 2 carrots, 100 grams of radish, a spoonful of ginger root, some garlic, parsley, vinegar and olive oil. First, wash the carrots and cut into small cubes. Next, prepare the radish and mix it with the first ingredient. Add chopped ginger root and parsley. Now it remains to season the salad.   • Carrot and ginger soup. To prepare, you need: 2 kg of carrots, a liter of vegetable broth (if there is no exacerbation period, chicken will do), ginger, onion, celery, oil and salt. First, finely chop the onion and fry it with oil until soft.

Finely chopped celery is added here. Meanwhile, peeled carrots and chopped ginger must be placed in a saucepan. Everything is salted, peppered and cooked over low heat for 30 minutes. The result is a delicious soup. It can easily be transformed into a puree by pouring it into a blender and chopping it well.

Diet recipes for gout

  • Lenten borscht. To prepare, take several potatoes, carrots, beets and tomatoes. First, boil salted water, then add potatoes. Meanwhile, fry the beets and carrots in a frying pan. Add some tomato for flavor and color. Then add pre-chopped cabbage to the potatoes. Cook until half-ready, then add the frying, salt and pepper. Bring the borscht to a boil. Before serving, garnish with herbs and pepper.
  • Okroshka with kefir. To prepare, take 3-4 medium potatoes, carrots, a couple of eggs, 10 radishes, a couple of cucumbers, 500 ml of mineral water, a liter of kefir. Greens and sour cream to taste. First, boil the carrots and potatoes. Then peel them and cut into small cubes. Chop the pre-boiled egg, finely chop the cucumber and radish. Mix all the ingredients together and add kefir. Now pour in the mineral water, the amount is determined independently, depending on the desired thickness. For taste, add a little cottage cheese or sour cream. Decorate the okroshka with greens. In order for the dish to reveal its taste, you need to put it in the refrigerator for several hours, and then try it.
  • Vegetable salad with sour cream. To prepare, take 80 grams of cucumbers, 60 grams of lettuce, 30 grams of sour cream and lemon juice. Peel and finely chop the vegetables. Then season them with lemon juice and sugar.
  • Cabbage cutlets. To prepare, you need: a head of cabbage, a spoonful of semolina, butter, one onion, an egg, sour cream sauce and half a glass of breadcrumbs. The cabbage should be divided into 6 parts and boiled briefly in salted water. Then it is given time to drain off excess liquid. Next, the cabbage and pre-fried onion are passed through a meat grinder. Semolina, egg, salt and butter are poured into the resulting mass. If necessary, everything is diluted with sour cream. Then cutlets are formed, soaked in egg and rolled in breadcrumbs. They must be fried on both sides until golden brown. Serve with sour cream sauce.
