Pharmacodynamics
Daleron C Junior contains two active ingredients - vitamin C and paracetamol.
The decrease in temperature is due to the direct effect of paracetamol on certain areas of the brain responsible for regulating body temperature. Paracetamol also improves blood circulation and sweating.
Due to the fact that paracetamol does not irritate the mucous membranes, it is used for diseases of the stomach and intestines, in particular ulcers.
Vitamin C protects cells from death, increases the body's defenses, and improves the absorption of iron from the intestines.
Pharmacokinetics
When Daleron C Junior enters the body, it begins to be actively absorbed in the intestines and enters the blood. The breakdown of paracetamol occurs mainly in the liver.
The half-life from the body is approximately one and a half to three hours. A small amount is excreted unchanged by the kidneys, the main amount is excreted in processed form with urine. A small amount is also observed in bile.
When vitamin C enters the body, it oxidizes into dehydroascorbic acid, which is partially modified to form other substances that are excreted from the body in the urine. Excess vitamin C is excreted unchanged by the kidneys.
