Pharmacodynamics
Drops for the ears Kandibiotic is a complex of therapeutic agents from different medicinal groups, which is specially selected for the treatment of ENT organs.
The imidazole derivative is a substance called clotrimazole, which has an anti-mycotic effect of a wide range (local effect). The antimycotic effect of clotrimazole is developed due to its ability to disrupt the binding of the cell wall element of fungi - ergosterol. As a result, the permeability of the walls changes, which provokes lysis of the fungal cell.
Bacteriostatic antibacterial drug chloramphenicol has a wide range of activity against a variety of microbes - Gram-positive, as well as-negative. The antibacterial effect of drugs is directed to the breakdown of the processes of protein binding inside bacterial cells.
GCS beclomethasone is an integral part of the drug, providing anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects.
Lidocaine, a local anesthetic, is required in this combination as an analgesic agent. It allows reversibly block the transmission of nerve reactions, preventing the passage of sodium ions through the membrane.

Dosing and administration
The therapeutic agent should be instilled in the area of the external ear canal - in a dosage of 4-5 drops. The procedure is required 3-4 times a day.
