Indications of the calcium dobezilate

It is used in such cases:

Pharmacodynamics

The drug has antiaggregant, as well as protecting the veins and capillaries by exposure.

Reduces increased capillary and arteriolic permeability, increases the elasticity of the walls of blood vessels, as well as erythrocytes, and improves microcirculation, rheological parameters of blood and drainage properties of lymph vessels. Together with this reduces blood viscosity, slightly reduces platelet aggregation and potentiates the effect of platelets (also antioxidant).

Pharmacokinetics

The drug is subjected to a fairly slow absorption within the gastrointestinal tract. With protein within the plasma is synthesized only by 20-25%. Peak values within the body are noted after a lapse of 5-6 hours. The drug almost does not pass through the BBB.

Dosing and administration
