Indications Beresha
Additional intake of mineral components is necessary in the development of pathology or in case of a deficiency of microelements in the body:
- to support the immune function and resistance of the body or to help with a decrease in the latter due to, for example, flu and colds;
- in case of poor nutrition (for example, due to special diets such as vegetarianism), and also in case of increased physical activity;
- in the development of such symptoms as insomnia, a feeling of weakness and lethargy, as well as loss of appetite, and in addition to speeding up the rehabilitation process after surgeries or illnesses;
- as an additional means to help improve the well-being and general condition of a person with oncological pathology.

Pharmacodynamics
The medicine contains an aqueous solution, including microelements with mineral compounds, which are embedded into the molecules of organic elements by means of coordination bonds. These microelements are very important in the process of maintaining biological balance in the body. Many of them are mainly located inside cells in the form of enzyme cofactors, promoting their catalytic effect, and also helping to stabilize non-enzyme macromolecular structures and the hormone index with vitamins inside the human body.
Deficiency of microelements sometimes develops even in a healthy person (for example, in a certain age period - adolescence or old age) or occurs due to the waste of a large amount of them during a period of a special state of the body (for example, in pregnant or lactating women).
Certain pathologies and therapeutic methods also often cause microelement deficiencies, resulting in the development of various clinical manifestations. Even a small deficiency of a substance can have a negative impact on physical health, immunity, and general condition, as well as on the period of rehabilitation after operations or recovery from illnesses.
Beres contains microelements that are very important for the body. The medicine is used to restore the balance of these substances in the body (in cases where other oral medications cannot be used).
Pharmacokinetics
The active components of the drug are actively absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract, which ensures their biological effect. Pharmacokinetic tests were conducted on dogs using isotope methods. The retention of substances in the body after the use of the drug for a period of 72 hours showed the following data of elements:
- extremely high levels for iron (about 30% of the total retention rate of substances in the body);
- high levels for zinc (approximately 5%), as well as cobalt (approximately 6%) with molybdenum (approximately 4%);
- relatively low levels for manganese (about 2%) and nickel (about 1%).
Dosing and administration
Take with food. It is necessary to add a single dose of the drug to syrup, fruit juice/tea or water (volume 50 ml). In addition, the drug should always be taken in combination with ascorbic acid (50 mg).
When using drugs prophylactically:
- weight within 10-20 kg – 5 drops twice a day;
- weight within 20-40 kg – 10 drops twice a day;
- weight over 40 kg – 20 drops twice a day.
Daily dosages to eliminate the pathologies indicated in the indications:
- weight within 10-20 kg – twice daily intake of 10 drops of the drug;
- weight within 20-40 kg – twice a day use of 20 drops;
- weight indicator over 40 kg – three times a day 20 drops.
When used to improve the well-being and health of cancer patients weighing more than 40 kg, with the doctor's prescription, daily doses can be used that exceed the above indicators, but they cannot be more than 120 drops per day. When taking such portions, the daily dose should be divided into 4-5 uses (in equal quantities).
When using the drug in standard doses for prevention, the optimal effect is observed after approximately 1.5 months of continuous treatment. This effect can be maintained for the entire required period when taking the drug for prevention purposes (for example, during flu or catarrhal epidemics in winter).
In case of development of manifestations of the disease, it is necessary to use drops in the prescribed doses without interruption. If symptoms of the disease appear again, it is allowed to repeat the treatment course. The duration of therapy is prescribed by the doctor for each patient individually.
Use Beresha during pregnancy
During lactation or pregnancy, the drug is used only with the permission of the attending physician (in this case, the recommended daily dosages are taken into account).
Contraindications
Main contraindications:
- the presence of intolerance to the active components of the drug or other additional elements (for example, an allergic reaction to metals);
- severe renal failure;
- pathologies developing against the background of a disorder of copper and iron metabolism (this includes pigment cirrhosis with hemosiderosis and hepatocerebral dystrophy).
Side effects Beresha
Rarely, mainly due to the use of drops on an empty stomach or in combination with less than the required amount of water, the following side effects may occur:
- Gastrointestinal manifestations: gastrointestinal disorders, including abdominal pain, mild nausea, constipation, bitter taste in the mouth, and changes in the shade of teeth in children. These disorders pass fairly quickly and do not require treatment;
- immune reactions: manifestations of hypersensitivity.
Overdose
Tests involving volunteers have shown that even taking the medicine three times a day in the amount of 120 drops is not dangerous to health and is tolerated quite well. But as a result of an overdose, it is still possible to develop disorders - such as stomach pain and nausea. These disorders soon pass on their own. Sometimes, allergy symptoms may also be observed - in this situation, it is necessary to stop taking Beres and consult a doctor.
Interactions with other drugs
To avoid the development of an antagonistic effect and overdose, it is prohibited to use drops in combination with other drugs that contain various microelements.
When using the drug in combination with products containing bisphosphonates with tetracyclines, fluoroquinolones and penicillamine, it is necessary to observe intervals of at least 2 hours between doses (because the absorption of Beres may change due to physicochemical interactions).
You should also always observe intervals of at least 1 hour between using drops and any other medications.
It is forbidden to take the medicine simultaneously with coffee or milk, because they weaken the absorption of its active components.
Combined use with magnesium-, aluminum- and calcium-containing antacids leads to impaired iron absorption.
Shelf life
Beresh is allowed to be used for a period of 4 years from the date of release of the medicine. But when the bottle is opened, the shelf life is reduced to six months.
