The diet for the first blood group is one of those diets that allows you to quickly lose weight without harming yourself.

Diet for the first blood group - what you should know

As with all diets, there is a specific list of less and more optimal foods that will or will not be included in your daily diet.

Particularly useful products include:

Meat products, including lamb, heart of any animal, liver (there is also a large selection), and veal;

Fish and seafood products, which include: cod, pike, seaweed, sturgeon, mackerel, salmon and trout;

A rich selection of vegetables and greens: radishes, garlic, spinach, broccoli, lettuce, parsley;

From the list of fruits, the most optimal ones include plums, figs or ripe pineapple;

There is a high degree of restriction in fats, only olive oil is allowed.

You can drink different drinks every day, for example: rosehip tea, herbal tea, licorice, mint, linden;

It is advisable to keep your body in good shape with the help of vitamins K and B, manganese, licorice root (which is also perceived as licorice), seaweed, manganese, iodine, and also take very useful pancreatic enzymes;

Neutral products include:

Rabbit or duck meat, turkey or chicken;

From seafood: shrimp, squid, flounder, sea bass, crabs, oysters, crayfish and eel;

There are only three items in dairy products that are neutral for your body: feta cheese, butter and homemade cheeses;

You can eat hazelnuts if your body tolerates them well – pine seeds or hazelnuts;

In this diet, oddly enough, you can eat grains in the form of soy, namely soy milk or soy cheese, buckwheat, asparagus, beans, green peas, rye flour or barley;

Vegetables that fall into this category include: rutabaga, cucumbers, radishes, tomatoes, carrots, as well as onions, tomatoes, zucchini, dill, green onions and olives;

Neutral fruits include: pears, melons, peaches, persimmons, raspberries, and even grapes, apricots, and apples. This is a huge selection of fruits when compared to other diets;

Eggs of domestic chickens;

As for drinks, you can even drink a little beer or wine, but only dry. As for non-alcoholic drinks: teas with chamomile, mint, valerian, sage, ginseng and raspberry (leaves only).
