10-day rosehip diet

The main feature of this method of losing weight is the need to drink a special rosehip decoction every day. To prepare it, take 15 berries and pour 1.5 liters of boiled hot water over them, and let it brew. It is very important not to add sugar or honey to the drink. You can drink it throughout the day instead of water. If necessary, you can add unsweetened tea or coffee to your diet.

The 10-day rosehip diet has the following approximate diet:

  1. Add boiled eggs to your daily menu.
  2. Add boiled chicken meat.
  3. You can eat low-fat cottage cheese.

  3. Boil 300 grams of rice, seasoning it only with tomato juice.
  4. Boil 400 grams of river fish (it is less fatty) and eat more raw vegetables.
  5. Go back to the first day's diet again.
  6. Boil or bake veal (300 grams), eat raw vegetables.
  7. During the day, try to drink 6 glasses of tea (preferably black), sweetening it with honey.
  8. Drink low-fat kefir throughout the day (one and a half liters).
  9. Drink only carbonated mineral water (one and a half liters) with added lemon juice.
  10. Make yourself 300 grams of porridge (preferably oatmeal), eat more fruit.

The menu for the 10-day diet of the second method is as follows:

  1. Boil up to eight eggs for the whole day, do not eat sauces or bread, do not add salt.
  2. Steamed fish (up to 800 grams per day), a small amount of vegetables.
  3. No more than 800 grams of low-fat cottage cheese with a few teaspoons of honey.
  4. Boiled (or steamed) chicken (no more than 800 grams), you can add carrots and greens.
  5. Up to 500 grams of boiled potatoes with olive oil and herbs.
  6. Up to 1 kilogram of boiled veal. If you can't eat it plain, you can add broth.
  7. Salads from raw vegetables and any greens.
  8. Berries, fruits in unlimited quantities. But you should not eat grapes and bananas.
  9. One and a half liters of low-fat kefir.
  10. A homemade rosehip decoction (up to one and a half liters).

Recipes

Many women use various 10-day diets to quickly get their figure back to normal. One of the most popular today is the cabbage diet. The recipes for this diet are simple and understandable to everyone, and the result is simply amazing (up to -10 kilograms). The main feature of the diet is that you can eat as much cabbage as you want during the day, but you should be extremely careful with other products. An approximate menu is as follows:

For breakfast, black or green tea, forget about sugar for now.

For lunch, a salad of fresh green cabbage with carrots, dressed with olive oil. No more than 200 grams of boiled veal or fish.

In the evening, again, a salad of fresh cabbage, and also half a boiled chicken egg. You can eat any fruit except banana.

In recipes with meat, it is best to use chicken, since chicken meat is considered more dietary. At the same time, it is cooked in a special way. In order for all harmful substances to evaporate from the meat during the cooking process, you need to wash it well before cooking, boil it for about five minutes, drain the water and wash it again. It is best to remove the skin.

What can you eat?

You can basically eat whatever you want during the 10-day diet, but try to avoid too much fatty food, vegetables with a high starch content. It is also important to eat a small amount of food per day.
