The human body is a complex mechanism, the coordinated work of which is possible only if its organs and tissues receive a sufficient amount of nutrients, especially vitamins and microelements. In different periods of life the need for such substances may differ. It is especially great at a time when a new life ripens in the womb of a woman and takes a large amount of nutrients for her growth and development. It is the lack of vitamins and trace elements that can cause miscarriages and premature birth, so doctors often prescribe vitamin-mineral complexes to future mothers. So the preparation "Magnelis B6" during pregnancy is prescribed in the event that there is a risk of complications due to excessive anxiety of the woman and increased tone of the uterus. And since any mom during 9 months is in a certain strain, worrying for the life and development of the child, the drug is useful to almost all representatives of the weaker sex in an interesting situation.

Indications for use

Given that in the conditions of modern civilization, future mothers also live, one must understand that most of them already have a deficiency of magnesium during the conception period. In others, it can occur during pregnancy, because the baby takes the nutrients necessary for its development, from the mother's body, and therefore the need for them increases by a factor of 1.5-2.

And it is good, if the diet of the woman during this period consists of natural, ecologically pure products, rich in vitamins and trace elements. But such food becomes more and more difficult every year, giving way to products whose chemical composition is not only not useful, but even dangerous for a growing woman in the womb of a child. Natural products are replaced artificially recreated, it is clear that manufacturers are not bothered about their vitamin-mineral composition.

It is the lack of a full-fledged, balanced diet that becomes the most common cause of the magnesium deficiency that occurs, because of which the body of a pregnant woman becomes more vulnerable to stress. Realizing this, doctors advise to start taking "Magnelis B6" even when planning a pregnancy.

Many women, especially those who adhere to the principles of healthy eating, it may seem that in taking drugs magnesium and vitamin complexes they do not need, because everything that is necessary for them and their future child is provided by nature. In which they are right. Fruits, some vegetables and fresh herbs are a valuable and rather rich source of magnesium, potassium, iron, other minerals and vitamins. But why then do doctors prescribe magnesium preparations such as Magnelis B6, Magne B6, Magnevite V6, etc.?

The problem is that in our body, magnesium is assimilated by only 30%. And if in a typical situation a woman can quite suffice it for the normal functioning of her body, then during pregnancy, the need for magnesium increases by 1.5 times and it is almost impossible to cover them with such digestibility of the microelement. After all, a child needs magnesium no less than a mother, on this depends on its correct and full development.

Magnesium, actively involved in carbohydrate and energy metabolism, protein synthesis, the process of transfer of genetic information, the formation of blood cells, the placenta and all parts of the baby's body, the fetus receives from the mother's body. Giving the baby all the reserves of magnesium, trying with all the strength to preserve the life that has arisen in it, the female body suffers itself.

If before the conception the future mother suffered from a lack of magnesium, then her pregnancy can be problematic from the very beginning. Magnesium, along with pyridoxine, which is included in the preparation "Magnelis B6", stabilizes the passage of nerve impulses, positively affecting the work of the nervous system, and in pregnancy, protecting from as dangerous a condition as hypertension of the uterus. After all, it is the CNS that controls the process of muscle contraction and relaxation, including the muscles of the reproductive organs.

The positive effect of magnesium on the nervous system can be seen in the fact that a woman becomes more calm, balanced, not so violently reacts to various emotionally colored situations. Sometimes the cause of the inability to conceive a child is an unstable psycho-emotional background. And as soon as it gets better, a long-awaited event soon comes.

Tranquility and ability to master the situation is very important for a pregnant woman, because nature itself has invested in her brain anxiety for a future child. But the usual manifestation of the maternal instinct is also a risk factor for the loss of the child. The increased tone of the uterus, which can easily be provoked by any experience, becomes the most common cause of miscarriages in the early stages of pregnancy.

As you can see, doctors have a reason to insist on taking magnesium preparations at the stage of pregnancy planning. If we consider that the daily demand for this trace element in a future mother increases dramatically in the first days and months of pregnancy from 300 to 400-500 mg, then it is very difficult to cover it with the consumption of only food. Yes, only often, even the usual 300 mg with our food can not be overpowered. So it turns out. We want a baby, but we can not bear it.

If a woman at the planning stage of pregnancy has not taken care of the magnesium stores in the body, Mangelis B6 can be prescribed for prophylactic purposes during registration or in treatment with increased uterine tone during pregnancy. This is the way doctors try to keep the pregnancy in the early stages, calming the untimely birth activity.

How does the magnesium deficiency arise and how does it threaten?

On the one hand, doctors are reinsured, prescribing magnesium preparations, so important for the normal course of pregnancy. Although the need for such medications is not always there. And on the other hand, it is easier to prevent complications than to then try to stop the early generational process that began earlier. True, there is a third party, this is an instruction to the drug, which says that during pregnancy the drug can be used strictly according to the doctor's indications. It is this moment that embarrasses expectant mothers, provoking a fair question, and is it even possible to take "Magnelis B6" during pregnancy?

The legality of this issue is reinforced by the fact that the analogue of this drug (magnesia) in the form of injections, which is prescribed in case of a threat of pregnancy failure, can subsequently lead to severe childbirth. Well, let's try to figure out whether it is necessary to take magnesium preparations for future mothers and how does a woman risk refusing such therapy?

In our time, the pharmacological industry produces a large number of different vitamins and vitamin-mineral complexes with a rich composition that allows to cover the daily requirement of the body for nutrients. Against this background, calcium and magnesium preparations look very modest. Nevertheless, the great popularity of such medications suggests that it is the abovementioned trace elements that play a huge role in the vital activity of the human body.

Well, with calcium everything is clear, because in our childhood parents and a school nurse talked about how much this microelement is needed for our bones and teeth. But magnesium, what is its value? According to the advertisement of the drug "Magne B6" without it, it is simply inconceivable stable operation of the nervous system in conditions of stress and increased loads on the brain. But maybe it's just an advertising move to increase the sales of magnesium preparations?

Many people agree on this opinion, based on the fact that our ancestors used to do without such drugs, worked, created families, nurtured and gave birth to children, despite all the worries and feelings associated with collectivization, war, Stalinist repression, etc. . But we must understand that in those days there were other living conditions, and the food was completely natural and contained a whole set of necessary vitamins and trace elements.

And what do we have? All those benefits of civilization that do not contribute to health promotion: stress, nervous overwork at work, night shifts and lack of rest, sedentary lifestyle, refined and genetically modified foods, fast food and convenience foods. Our ancestors before the seventh sweat worked in the fields and factories, and we do not even need to get up from the couch to make the right purchase, despite the fact that inactivity is the direct path to a variety of diseases. They ate healthy healthy food, and in haste and pursuit of life's goods we confine ourselves to a snack of products, of questionable quality and composition, in which poisons and salts of heavy metals are more likely to be found than useful vitamins, magnesium, calcium, selenium and other substances necessary for man.

And what is the result of this way of life? I must say, joyful little. Still quite young young men and girls begin to complain of weakness, rapid fatigue, frequent headaches, characteristic of asthenic syndrome. A little later, there are failures in the work

  • cardiovascular system: there is hypertension, arrhythmias, myocardial dystrophy (weakness of the heart muscle),
  • the digestive system: first of all, the intestines suffer, the disturbances in the work of which cause pain and spasms in the lower abdomen, constipation, irregular stools and, as a consequence, intoxication of the body,
  • reproductive system: menstrual irregularities, PMS, dysmenorrhea, pregnancy disruptions,
  • neuropsychiatric disorders: problems with falling asleep, frequent awakenings, insomnia, memory impairment and intellectual impairment, limb sensitivity disorders, convulsions, muscle twitching, etc.

All of the above symptoms may indicate a lack of magnesium in the body, which is important for people of any gender, but in the life of a woman plays a major role. In addition to the fact that magnesium participates in a variety of physiological processes occurring in our body, including metabolism, and is necessary for the normal functioning of cellular structures, it regulates the transmission of nerve impulses and the contraction of muscle fibers.

A special sphere of magnesium activity is the woman's reproductive system. A sufficient amount of magnesium in the body prevents the appearance of painful spasms during menstruation, and during pregnancy it protects the woman from increasing the tone of the uterus (spasms and muscle contraction), dangerous for the fetus, and it is not surprising that Magnelis B6 and other magnesium drugs gynecologists so often appoint their wards.

Form of issue

We figured out how important it is for a woman and a future mother to regularly maintain the necessary level of magnesium in the body. To do this with the help of nutrition correction is not easy, because the need for a microelement in the mother and child in her womb is very high. Therefore, in order to help women adequately undergo this important period in their life and give birth to a healthy baby in a timely manner, doctors prescribe Magnelis B6 or its analogues during pregnancy.

Like most other magnesium preparations, the Magnelis B6 vitamin complex is a duet of easily digestible magnesium compounds and vitamin B6, otherwise called pyridoxine. Inclusion in the composition of pyridoxine is not accidental, because this vitamin is also involved in the regulation of nervous activity and additionally increases the assimilation of magnesium by the cells of the body.

The drug is available in two forms: conventional and fort. 1 tablet "Magnelis B6" contains magnesium lactate (lactic magnesium) in a dosage of 470 mg. This compound is highly digestible, but at the same time it supplies only 48 mg of magnesium to the body.

"Magnelis B6 Forte", which during pregnancy doctors can prescribe even more often than usual preparation with a standard dosage, has a slightly different composition. 1 of its tablet contains 618 mg of sodium citrate, derived from citric acid and various fruits. This easily assimilable substance has a large bioavailability, actively spreading through the tissues together with water, so that the body is replenished with 100 g of magnesium with each tablet.

Pyridoxine in the preparations is contained in an appropriate dosage of 5 and 10 mg, which covers the body's need for this vitamin and helps magnesium to penetrate into living cells, promote the synthesis of neurotransmitters, and stabilize the work of the nervous system.

Both drugs are available in the form of tablets and are able to effectively combat the manifestations of mild and moderate magnesium deficiency in the body. In pregnancy, such conditions can occur:

  • increased irritability, crying, a sense of constant anxiety for the baby, sleep disorders,
  • an increase in blood pressure, tachycardia, heart rhythm disturbances,
  • increased tone of the uterus, which is manifested by pulling pains in the lower abdomen (reminiscent of pain during menstruation), a feeling of heaviness in the abdomen, pain and lability in the lumbar region and pubic region, excessive fetal mobility in the womb)
  • Pain like a spasm of the stomach or intestinal colic.

With such complaints, the doctor prescribes "Magnelis B6" or "Magnelis B6 Forte" preparations, depending on the severity of the symptoms and the need for magnesium. When severe cramping pain occurs in the early stages of pregnancy, women are prescribed magnesium preparations in injections (Magne B6, Magnesium Sulphate or magnesia) or droppers. In this case, a dropper is considered preferable, because intravenous injection is often accompanied by very unpleasant sensations: a feeling of heat, painfulness, dizziness, until loss of consciousness. And on the injection site often remains a painful lump.

Pharmacodynamics

To understand the effect of "Magnelis B6" during pregnancy, it is necessary to consider the pharmacodynamics of this drug, in which the main complementary components are magnesium lactate or citrate and pyridoxine.

We have already mentioned that magnesium is one of the most important microelements in our body. Thanks to him our cells can function normally. And first of all it concerns the cells of the brain. But all the processes occurring in the body are under the control of the central nervous system. The brain receives signals from sensitive receptors and transmits them to various organs and systems, thus providing vital body functions.

Magnesium deficiency, which is detected by the laboratory, if the serum contains less than 17 mg of magnesium per liter, leads to the fact that the nervous system starts to function incorrectly, failures. Magnesium is an element that helps to relax the muscles. It is clear that if it is not enough in the body, painful spasms can arise. During pregnancy, the main organ of the reproductive system of a female uterus can spasmodically, which is a risk factor for miscarriages and premature births.

If you recall how often miscarriages in women occur against a background of stressful situations and nervous breakdowns, the benefits of magnesium preparations, which help stabilize the work of the nervous system, give peace and self-control to future mothers become clear. Women who take Magnelis B6 or their analogues during pregnancy react more calmly to the stressful situations with which modern life is so saturated, which means that they have less risk of losing a child for this reason.

Magnesium entering the body of a pregnant woman from specialized drugs is involved in all stages of protein synthesis and the nucleotide ATP, which is considered the main source of energy for living cells. In fact, he prepares the starting material for the formation of the placenta and the fetus inside it. The same microelement is involved in virtually all metabolic processes occurring within 9 months in the mother and child organisms growing in her womb.

Magnesium normalizes the nervous transmission and prevents spasms of the muscles of the uterus (spasmolytic action), stabilizes the activity of the cardiovascular system, regulates blood pressure, heart rate and rhythm (antiarrhythmic effect), increases blood fluidity (antiplatelet effect) and thereby improves metabolism in tissues and bodies. All this is very important for the normal course of pregnancy and fetal development.

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), in turn, also participates in metabolism, including metabolic processes occurring in nerve fibers. He is also able to regulate the level of glucose in the blood, which prevents his fluctuations, which result in the diagnosis of "gestational diabetes". Diabetes mellitus, which occurs during pregnancy, usually passes after childbirth, but it increases the risk of developing this pathology in the future.

Pharmacokinetics

Since the tablets "Magnelis B6" are intended for oral administration, and magnesium from the digestive tract is not easily digested, the inclusion of pyridoxine in the drug helps to better absorb the important microelement during pregnancy and fix it inside the cells, and this makes it possible to lower the recommended dosage of magnesium preparations.

The absorption of magnesium depends on the solubility of the salt, in the form of which it is represented in the preparations "Magnelis B6" and "Magnelis B6 Forte", but it does not exceed 50 percent. Magnesium citrate has better solubility and absorption than lactate. But both these salts dissolve better than other compounds (oxides, chlorides, etc.), so they are used in medicines.

The drug is excreted from the body through the kidneys (about a third of the dose taken). Virtually 99% of magnesium is contained in the body inside the cells, while the muscles account for about 1/3 of the total volume of the trace element.

Dosing and Administration

Preparations "Magnelis B6" and "Magnelis B6 Forte" are available in the form of tablets intended for oral administration, i.e. They should be taken orally, washed down with enough water (about 1 cup). To grind tablets the instruction does not recommend, therefore them swallow entirely.

According to the annotation to the drugs, adult patients should take 3-4 tablets of "Magnelis B3 Forte" or 6-8 tablets "Magnelis B6". The daily dose should be divided into 2-3 doses.

This is the standard dosage recommended by the manufacturers of the drug, taking into account the fact that 300-400 mg of magnesium should enter the human body every day. If you count 4 Magnelis B6 tablets with a dosage corresponding to 100 g of magnesium, or 8 tablets containing 100 g of a microelement, you meet the need for magnesium for men (400 mg). A smaller dose limit corresponds to the need for magnesium for women.

Duration of medication is usually set by the attending physician and reaches 1 month.

But after pregnancy, a woman has other needs for vitamins and trace elements, so the question arises, how and how to take magnesium preparations for future mothers. The answer to this question is unequivocally very difficult, because laboratory magnesium indicators in women can vary significantly, and hence the need for replenishment of its reserves will be different.

Given that the daily rate of magnesium entering the body of a pregnant woman should be in the range of 350-500 mg, for a young mother is more suitable male and teenage dosage equal to 400 mg. Therefore, usually in pregnancy, "Magnelis B6" is prescribed 2 tablets, and "Magnelis B6 Forte" 1 tablet 3-4 times a day. Most often, the daily dose is limited to 300 mg of magnesium per day, because the rest of the amount of trace element the future mother receives along with food. And even in this period, women can take care that their diet is the most useful for a growing baby in the womb.

However, in each specific case, the doctor decides on the optimal dosage, which carried out a preliminary assessment of the patient's needs in magnesium and vitamins.

The course "Mangnelis V6" during pregnancy is also selected individually. For prophylactic purposes and low dosages, the drug is prescribed a monthly course for 3-6 months before conception, as well as from 5-6, and sometimes from the 13th week of pregnancy. Until then, in the early stages of pregnancy, gynecologists do not advise a future mother to take any vitamin-mineral or multivitamin complexes, including Magnelis B6.

Usually the level of magnesium in the body of patients is established in the norm during a month course. But it does not always happen, especially in the context of a limited choice of foods useful for pregnant women. Therefore, some women have to take magnesium preparations in several courses with a two-week break between them. It also happens that a woman has to sit down on magnesium preparations for the entire period from 5-6 weeks and almost until the very birth, if the threat of pregnancy disruption remains, despite the treatment.

"Magnelis B6" in late pregnancy is prescribed with extreme caution, because magnesium helps strengthen the uterus and its muscles, which will become an obstacle during childbirth. And yet, with an increased tone of the uterus, if the baby is too early to appear, preventive medication can be prescribed. Doctors believe that it is better then to stimulate birth or resort to cesarean section than to lose a child who was born before the term, but is not yet capable of independent life.

Contraindications

Magnesium is a trace element that must necessarily be present in the human body. It enters the body naturally with food, and is not an alien or harmful element for it. It is also necessary for a person and pyridoxine, which regulates the work of the nervous system. And since both components contained in the preparation are necessary for the body in any time period of a person's life, there can be few contraindications to such a preparation.

Since magnesium is contained in "Magnelis B6" not in pure form, but in the form of salts, the organism of individual patients may react poorly to other components of the chemical formula of these compounds, as well as to the auxiliary substances of the tablets. The drug is not prescribed for hypersensitivity to at least one of the components of the drug.

Since the excretion of the drug is mainly done by the kidneys, it is dangerous to prescribe it to patients with severe organ failure, when the creatinine clearance does not exceed 30 ml per minute.

Another contraindication to the use of the drug may be a violation of the metabolism of the amino acid phenylalanine, which leads to violations of the CNS. At the same time, the diagnosis sounds like phenylketonuria.

Magnesium preparations can be administered at any age. But for the tablets "Magnelis B6" there are age limits. The drug in pediatrics is allowed from 6 years of age. But "Magnelis B6 Forte" with a higher dosage of magnesium is recommended for the treatment of patients older than 12 years.

In pregnancy, "Magnelis B6" or a drug with a higher dosage can be taken only according to the doctor's prescription. After all, to establish whether the body of the future mother is experiencing a lack of magnesium, can only laboratory diagnostics. Based on its results, the necessary dosage of drugs is also established.

The excess magnesium in the body, which can be triggered by self-medication, will not affect the condition of the pregnant woman in the best way, up to paralysis of the respiratory muscles and loss of consciousness. Therefore, doctors do not recommend conducting such prevention of miscarriages without special need and in incorrect dosages.

Excess micronutrients can negatively affect the body of a young child. Magnesium preparations around the world are not accepted without the special need to use it to treat small children the first year of life. But magnesium can safely penetrate into breast milk, so taking drugs such as "Magnelis B6" during breastfeeding is strictly not recommended, so as not to harm the child's body and strengthen the body without causing an overdose of magnesium.

Side effects

Despite the fact that the studies did not reveal any negative influence of "Magnelis B6" or "Magnelis B6 Forte" on the growth and development of the fetus, as well as on the course of pregnancy, use caution during this period. Women need to know what they can face when taking this complex drug.

Like any other medicine, "Magnelis" can cause allergic reactions, especially if the body's sensitivity to any of its components is increased. Despite the fact that the incidence of such reactions is very low, the allergy to "Magnelis B6" during pregnancy is a serious reason for refusing to take the medication. In itself, the mother's allergy is not dangerous to the fetus, but its consequences in the form of circulatory disturbances and metabolic processes can adversely affect the development of a baby who is undernourished with nutrients and oxygen.

Pregnant women taking magnesium and pyridoxine preparations may also complain of nausea, diarrhea, bloating and epigastric pain. It is difficult to assess whether these symptoms are associated with drug therapy, but it is impossible to exclude this possibility, especially if the patient has hypersensitivity to any components of the drug.

Overdose

I must say that overdose with magnesium preparations in a pregnant woman can cause 2 main factors. One of them is extremely bad kidney work, which is designed to remove excess medicine from the body. Not without reason, renal failure was noted in contraindications to taking the drug.

The second, more popular factor is self-treatment, i.e. The prescription of the drug to yourself without the need to replenish the microelement, as they say, just in case. Fearing that pregnancy can fail early, future mothers may well commit this (while the other part of pregnant women treat magnesium preparations with some cautiousness). What could such a careless woman face?

Excess magnesium in the body is manifested primarily in the suppression of brain activity: interest in life disappears, apathy appears to everything, there is constant drowsiness, decreased reflexes. A woman's blood pressure drops, nausea and vomiting appear, hot flashes, peculiar to intoxication, begins to double in the eyes.

Further depression of the central nervous system can cause respiratory failure, including paralysis, a decrease in cardiac activity and its arrest, and a coma. The excretion of urine from the body (anurichesky syndrome) can stop, which threatens an even more intoxication of the body, but already by the products of vital activity. All this jeopardizes not only the course of pregnancy and the health of the fetus, but also the life of the mother herself.

An established overdose of magnesium, for example, if a woman took "Magnelis B6" during pregnancy without prescribing a doctor or despite a doctor's prohibition associated with kidney pathology, requires urgent measures to remove the drug from the body. Gastric lavage in this case will not give any effect, because it is a chronic intoxication, i.e. Accumulation of magnesium in the cells of the body.

Actual in the normal operation of the kidneys will be measures for rehydration and forced diuresis, so that with the help of a liquid, wash the magnesium salts from the body. If there are serious problems with the kidneys, it is necessary to resort to peritoneal or hemodialysis, which represents a certain risk during pregnancy, therefore it is carried out only in severe cases of intoxication.

Important information about the preparation

Regardless of whether the drug is a vitamin complex or a full-fledged medical preparation, always consider the possible reactions of the active substances with other drugs or chemicals. This is important in everyday life, and in pregnancy it is simply necessary because some reactions can weaken the action of the drugs taken, and others - potentially dangerous for life and health.

The interactions of Magnelis B6 with other drugs are not dangerous. And yet, the instruction is not recommended to combine the intake of drugs containing pyridoxine with levodopa, the active substance of some antiparkinsonian drugs. This interaction reduces the effectiveness of the latter, although for women of reproductive age, Parkinson's disease and its treatment are not an actual problem.

The reaction of magnesium lactate and citrate with phosphates and calcium salts will not promote the full absorption of magnesium. Therefore, this combination of drugs is not recommended.

Magnesium preparations are able to reduce the digestibility of iron, so they are not recommended to take a long time without interruption.

It is undesirable to combine the "Magnelis B6" or its analogues with thrombolytic agents that can dissolve blood clots. The fact is that magnesium reduces the effectiveness of such drugs.

With a simultaneous intake, the absorption of tetracyclines decreases, which should be taken into account if antibiotic therapy is necessary. The interval between the intake of magnesium-containing agents and tetracyclines should be at least 3 hours.

To replenish the organism of the future mother with vitamins and microelements necessary during this period, doctors often prescribe a multi-component preparation "Elevit Pronatal". But if you take "Elevit" and "Magnelis" at the same time, you should take into account that the first drug also contains magnesium (100 mg, although not so easily digestible form) and vitamin B6 (2.6 mg). Complex "Elevit", specially designed for pregnant women, is taken in a standard dosage of 1 tablet per day. So, it will be easier to adjust the dose of "Magnelis", limiting 1 time per day with one tablet or bypassing the magnesium preparation.

Taking any medication you should always pay attention to the expiration date of the drug. In our case, it is 2 years, after which the drug is considered unfit for use for therapeutic or preventive purposes.

But that the drug retain its properties during the shelf life, you must observe certain conditions: keep the medicine in a cool place with an air temperature of not more than 25 degrees and protect it from sunlight. If the house has small children, it is not possible that they have free access to the drugs, even if they are normal vitamins.

Analogues of "Magnelis B6"

"Magnelis B6" is a preparation of magnesium and vitamin B6 of Russian origin. But due to the lack of active advertising support, it is considered less popular than the "Magne B6" of the French manufacturer.

If you choose in pregnancy "Magne B6" or "Magnelis B6" in tablets, it must be said that the composition of active substances and their dosage preparations are complete analogues. Only the auxiliary components can differ, which do not have a special relationship to the process of replenishing the magnesium deficiency.

Advantage of the drug "Magne B6" is the presence of an ampoule form with a high dosage of magnesium and pyridoxine corresponding to the content of these substances in the tablet "Magnelis B6 Forte", which is also intended for oral administration and can be used to treat young children. Pregnant women can equally well apply both "Magne B6" in ampoules, and "Magnelis B6 Forte". There is no particular difference in the preparations, but the price will be noticeably different.

A complete analogue of the Russian "Magnelis B6" is also considered:

  • Polish preparations "Magvit" and "Magnefar B6"
  • complexes of Ukrainian manufacturers "Magnum" and "Magnemax"
  • Austrian granules for resorption of "Magne Express" with a slightly lower dosage (magnesium citrate - 300 mg, pyridoxine - 1.4 mg),
  • Russian dietary supplements from the famous company Evalar "Magnesium B6"
  • a preparation of the Vietnamese production "Magnistad", etc.

In addition to complex drugs, there are drugs that contain magnesium in the form of various compounds that are not enriched with vitamin B6. In the matter of choice: magnesium or Magnelis B6 takes into account, first of all, the content of pyridoxine in the body. In some pathologies, such as ischemia of the heart, atherosclerosis, arteritis, it is preferable to take pure magnesium, and during pregnancy, when the need for both vitamins and micronutrients is increased, doctors recommend complex preparations in which magnesium combines with vitamin B6.

This tandem acts faster and more efficiently with oral administration. But in the case of injection of magnesium, the need for vitamin B6, which improves the digestibility of the trace element in the digestive tract, is no longer there. Therefore, doctors themselves resort to the help of a mono drug called magnesia in the people.

Reviews about the drug

Preparations of magnesium and pyridoxine, so often prescribed during pregnancy, it is difficult to call full-fledged drugs, so not all future mothers see the need for their use. Particularly negative to such appointments are those who have previously been given a list of necessary medications. After all, if "Magnelis B6" during pregnancy does not heal, but simply protects against possible complications, then why take extra medicine when you feel good?

This skepticism is difficult to oppose something, because while we have nothing hurts, the action of the medicine will not be noticeable. Many women write that they were prescribed "Magnelis B6" and other magnesium preparations both at the first and second and subsequent pregnancies, but they did not notice the difference between the way pregnancy was carried out while performing the doctor's appointment and those when women refused to take "Vitamins". On the basis of this, it was concluded that there is no special need for "Magnelis" or similar.

The difference is usually noted by those who have problems with pregnancy in the form of increased uterine tone nevertheless appeared. Magnesium preparations helped prevent pregnancy disruption, for which women are very grateful to the doctors.

Not particularly want to conduct preventive medication and those who are just planning a pregnancy, believing that they have a deficiency of magnesium can not be, with nerves all right, which means that the pregnancy will pass to "hurray." Surprise comes with the problems that have come up, and then women are beginning to realize the need for taking vitamin and mineral preparations, albeit now for therapeutic purposes to calm nerves and relax the uterine musculature.

Large mothers often note that all their babies appeared in the light in different ways. There were different sensations and feelings during pregnancy, it is impossible to foresee them. It is also difficult to foresee how pregnancy will proceed and whether problems will arise. Do not blame the doctors for being reinsured, because they usually do not have extrasensory abilities and can not foresee the future. Therefore, they prefer to prevent trouble, than to fight its consequences.

Those who despite the fears took the drug "Magnelis B6" before or during pregnancy, note that their nervous system was much less likely to malfunction, they did not suffer from insomnia and more easily endured all the hardships of the female share. Few people can say that the drug did not help them to keep the pregnancy (and whether the drug is the case, or there might be a threat of a breakdown was different), but positive responses from women who realized the danger of the situation, felt pain in the abdomen and fear for the child, a great a bunch of.

Problem birth in the case of taking the drug was observed only when the dosage was exceeded at the last gestation period or as a result of prolonged use of the drug. But the important fact remains that women, thanks to magnesium and vitamin B6, were able to get pregnant and have a healthy baby. And then, as the birth was taking place, the question is of secondary importance. Even without magnesium, births are not always easy.

Doctors knowingly appoint "Magnelis B6" during pregnancy. This is not a whim or a desire to help pharmacies make a sales plan, but a real help to modern women, whose body is weakened by the ecological and psychological conditions of our lives. And if the organism of the future mother is not able to provide a normal course of pregnancy and childbirth, then magnesium preparations are a good chance to help him. The decision, of course, always remains with the woman, but with its adoption it is always worthwhile to be guided first and foremost by the interests of the child. And he is interested in being born as a full member of society.
