We cover the bowl with a towel and send it to a dark and warm place for 24 hours. In a day we will get a leaven, which will become our mask. The starter should be applied to the face and neck area in sufficient quantity for 20 minutes. Next, the mask is washed off, after which the skin is soaked with a towel and we use the favorite nourishing cream. The mask can be repeated up to 2 times a week. For a noticeable and persistent rejuvenation it is recommended to conduct about 20 such procedures.
  1. Yeast mask for cleansing - perfectly suited for problem skin, eliminates acne and rash. Take 3% hydrogen peroxide and add 2 teaspoons of fresh yeast to get a thick creamy mass. The resulting mixture is immediately distributed over the face, paying attention to the problem areas. You can massage the skin lightly while applying the mask. Leave for 20 minutes. Next, we wash our face and soak the face with a clean towel. It is recommended for washing to use chilled green tea or a decoction of chamomile. After the procedure, apply a nourishing cream.
  2. Nourishing mask for dry skin: take ½ tbsp. L. Natural honey, 1 tbsp. L. Flour and mixed with 20 g of yeast. We mass the mass with warm milk and distribute it to the skin of the face, hold for about 20 minutes, after which we wash ourselves with clean running water.
  3. Nourishing mask for normal skin: we cultivate 30 g of yeast in 2 tbsp. L. Warmed milk. We distribute the mass on the face and leave it after 15-20 minutes.

If you have dry skin on your face, you can add to the mask a few drops of oil - olive, sesame and any other.

If the skin is fat, then the acid is added to the mask: lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, grapes.

For normal skin, the mask can be additionally vitaminized by adding a little non-acidic vegetable juice: carrot, pumpkin, watermelon, etc.
