  • Toning face mask with sour cream:

Half a glass of sour cream, one egg yolk, lemon zest. Mix all the ingredients well and let it sit for 15 minutes, then add 1 teaspoon of oil (sunflower, olive), mix thoroughly and apply to the face (mask layer - 3-5 mm). After the mask on the face dries (after 15-25 minutes), it needs to be washed off, it is advisable to use green tea or parsley tincture for this. After the mask, you can put a cool compress on the face.

  • Mask with milk:

1 teaspoon each of strawberry and raspberry juice, 4 tablespoons of milk (in winter, frozen berries are suitable for the mask).

Mix all the ingredients well, soak gauze (bandage, napkin) with the resulting mixture and cover your face (for convenience, you can make slits for the eyes). Remove the mask after it dries completely, after the procedure, it is recommended to wipe your face with a cotton swab soaked in green tea or milk.

  • Toning face mask with tomatoes:

Juice of one tomato, egg yolk, 1 tablespoon flour.

Mix all ingredients until viscous, apply to skin and leave for 10-15 minutes, then rinse with warm water.

  • Mask with vegetables:

A small carrot (grate), egg yolk. Mix all the ingredients well, before applying the mask, apply the cut cucumber peel (inner side) to your face for 2-5 minutes, then carefully spread the carrot-egg mixture and leave for 20 minutes, then wash with warm water.

  • Toning face mask with potatoes:

Boiled potatoes, 1-2 teaspoons of milk, egg yolk.

Mash the hot potatoes, add the remaining ingredients and apply to the face (it is also recommended to apply the mask to the neck) for 20 minutes. Cover the face with a towel to keep it warm, rinse with warm water.

  • Mask with cottage cheese and cucumber:

1 tablespoon milk, 2 tablespoons cottage cheese, 1 teaspoon oil (sunflower), cucumber (grate), parsley (finely chop), a pinch of salt.

Mix all ingredients well and apply to face for 15-20 minutes.

  • Toning face mask with horseradish:

1 tbsp horseradish (grate), 1 tbsp yeast (dissolve in milk).

All ingredients are mixed well and the mask is applied for 15-20 minutes.

A mask with horseradish helps not only to increase blood circulation in the skin, but also to restore its elasticity, so this mask is suitable for mature skin.
