Mental health (psychiatry)

The initial stage of schizophrenia

Schizophrenia is attributed to mental disorders that have preliminary signs that can signal the development of this disease.

Anosognosia

A clinical phenomenon, which is a denial (underestimation) of the patient’s defect, ignoring the symptoms of the disease is called anosognosia. Such a rejection of one’s state is a way of avoiding reality.

Misophobia

An uncontrolled fear that arises as a mental reaction to a specific, completely safe object or situation is called a phobia. She subjugates a person for a while, it is impossible to resist.

Treatment of delusional schizophrenia

The efforts of a psychiatrist are aimed at achieving sustainable remission, that is, eliminating painful manifestations that limit the degree of personal freedom of a person, for which a necessary condition is the establishment of trusting relationships with the patient and his relatives, cooperation with them (the so-called compliance).

Delusional schizophrenia

Delirium is almost always present in schizophrenics, even with rapidly progressive malignant forms in the initial period, disappearing as they “go into themselves” and increase mental dullness.

Schizophrenia and delusional syndrome

The content of schizophrenic delirium can be varied, but the idea of hostile influence from the outside always goes through the delusions of delusion. Typical for schizophrenia, experts call a gradually developing persecutory delirium

Fear of children

We are subject to various phobias, most of which are associated with fear for our lives and health. The fear of darkness, heights, water, crowds, enclosed spaces, dogs, spiders, snakes is widely known.

Atypical Autism

A neuropsychiatric disorder from the ASD pathology group is atypical autism. Consider the signs, causes, treatment methods and other features of this disease.

Catatonic stupor

Catatonic stupor can be accompanied by catalepsy, when the patient’s body can be placed in any position, often ridiculous and very uncomfortable, in which he freezes for a long time; negativity, when the patient’s posture cannot be changed because of his opposition.
