For brewing we take a clean porcelain or glassware (preferably - teapot), we fill it with boiling water and fall asleep one teaspoon of phyto-mixture. Fill boiling water in a volume of 200ml, cover with a lid and leave it for a third of an hour.

These two plants are toxic, so the teas that they are included in are dosed strictly and taken no more than a month.

The authorship of the following composition of herbs is attributed to Tibetan monks. Phytomix contains four components, taken in equal proportions: the herb of St. John's wort and the immortelle of sand, as well as the flowers of chamomile and birch buds. A tablespoon of the mixture is brewed with boiling water (500ml). You can drink in ten minutes. As a sweetener, add honey or syrup from the jam. Such tea is recommended to drink during the period of exacerbations, and during remission for their prevention.
