The word "cosmetics" in the translation from Greek means art to decorate. Even in ancient times, cosmetic products of vegetable origin were used not only to give the skin of the face and body a certain color, freshness and beauty, but also to prevent its withering away.

We all want one thing: to live as long as possible, to maintain good health, endurance, activity, the beauty of our body, to be happy and create conditions for a happy life.

Approximately 50% of our health depends on lifestyle, 20% on the influence of various environmental factors, another 20% on the biological characteristics and properties of each human body, including heredity, and only 10% on health services.

Nowadays, in the age of mechanization and transport, especially city dwellers do not conduct active physical life, and this leads to disruption of metabolic processes in the body, rhythmic work of the heart, lungs, digestion, balance of the nervous system and skin. Therefore, move as much as possible, use every opportunity to walk on average or run at least 8-10 km per day.

We also live in the age of chemistry, we are surrounded by chemicals: we walk along the asphalt, synthetic clothing, we use polyethylene, plastics, we are treated with chemical preparations, to which our organism is not indifferent, especially with their prolonged use, they often cause allergic reactions.

The medical world over the past 20 years has talked about the importance of medicinal products of plant and biological origin.

It should be noted that diseases and cosmetic skin defects appear as a reaction to irritating factors of the external environment and can be a consequence of damage and disruption of the functions of internal organs and systems: metabolism, diseases of the endocrine glands, diseases of the circulatory system, gastrointestinal tract, age changes and other factors.

That is why cosmetology, as a science, is based on the achievements of related sciences: therapy, endocrinology, gerontology, dermatology, physiology, dietology, etc.

In a sick person, a painful condition is primarily reflected on the face. The face skin of people with diseases of the liver, stomach and intestinal tract grows old quickly. Patients suffering from constipation have a gray, earthy complexion.

A fresh, cheerful face is a mirror of health. Beauty and health are closely interrelated. Beauty can be maintained not only by cosmetics, but also by regular consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables. Many defects in appearance depend on the lack of vitamins and trace elements.

C - (ascorbic acid) - a lack of it reduces the immune strength, resistance, loss of appetite, a feeling of overwork, bleeding gums, pale complexion, softening of the nails.

Vitaminotherapy in premature aging and for the prevention of aging of the body in general and skin in particular is of decisive importance. Hence the conclusion: more to eat fresh fruits and vegetables, rich in vitamins, organic salts, sulfur and iron (ie carrots, celery, spinach, parsley, onions and garlic, cucumbers).

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that vitamin B1 is contained in flour only coarse grinding, and in products made of white flour it is almost nonexistent.

Iron - has a great influence on the purity and freshness of the skin. Contained in meat, cucumber, raspberries, gooseberries, cherries, apples, as well as spinach and red cabbage.

Sulfur is found in spinach, onions, beets, cucumbers and pears.

Pollen contains a necessary complex of vitamins of group B. Vitamin A in pollen is 20 times more than in carrots. Pollen contains 27 microelements, 20 amino acids, including 10 essential amino acids, which can not be synthesized in the body, but come only with products.
